Violations to Report

Our moderation team prioritizes investigations into the following categories of misconduct:

Explicit Media: Nudity, sexually suggestive broadcasting, or solicitation.
Targeted Harassment: Hate speech, cyber-bullying, or predatory behavior.
Safety Breaches: Unauthorized recording of participants or sharing of personal data (PII).
Malicious Content: Distribution of malware, phishing links, or spam.

Submission Guidelines

For an objective investigation, please include the following technical details in your email:

Timestamp: The exact date and time of the incident (including time zone).
Context: A specific description of the violation and the "Room" or "Hub" name.
Evidence: Attach screenshots or provide relevant session identifiers if available.

Enforcement & Investigation

All reports are manually reviewed by our compliance team. Investigations typically conclude within 24–48 hours. We may temporarily process technical metadata (such as IP addresses) strictly for enforcement purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cooperation with Authorities

In cases involving credible threats, child safety concerns, or serious illegal activity, Chatzyo cooperates fully with international law enforcement agencies and local Indian authorities.
