This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Chatzyo.in. By accessing our communication infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of Chatzyo.in signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you are accessing this site on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Platform Scope and Conduct

Chatzyo provides a "Digital Third Space" for global dialogue. We do not facilitate matchmaking, adult services, or dating operations. To maintain a healthy ecosystem, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access:

• Explicit Material: Sharing or broadcasting nudity, pornographic content, or sexually suggestive material.
• Personal Information Sharing: Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, payment details, or other personal contact information is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive Conduct: Engaging in cyber-bullying, harassment, stalking, or the distribution of hate speech based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
• Unauthorized Recording: Capturing, recording, or streaming other participants without their explicit, verifiable consent.
• Automated Interaction: Utilizing bots, scrapers, or scripts to manipulate room traffic or harvest user data.

3. Nature of Service (WebRTC)

Chatzyo operates as a facilitator of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) connections. We do not store, monitor, or archive the live video or audio streams generated through our service. Consequently, the User assumes all risks associated with live interactions. Chatzyo is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The "CHATZYO" name, logo, custom WebRTC signaling protocols, and UI/UX design are the exclusive intellectual property of Chatzyo.in. Users are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The platform is supported by advertising revenue, including services provided by Google AdSense. By using the site, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. Chatzyo does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CHATZYO.IN IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Chatzyo, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chatzyo and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or demands, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of another user.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operators reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be settled in the appropriate courts of said jurisdiction.
