All video and voice conversations on Chatzyo use WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) — the same technology used by Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. WebRTC is designed to be private and encrypted by default.

Note on ICE candidates: During WebRTC connection setup, your IP address may be visible to the person you are matched with. This is a fundamental part of how WebRTC works and applies to all WebRTC-based platforms. If you are concerned about IP visibility, you may use a VPN before starting a video call.
Chatzyo uses Google Analytics 4 (Property ID: G-J8VTDTSPPJ) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where traffic comes from. This helps us improve the platform.

Google processes this data under its own Privacy Policy. IP addresses sent to Google Analytics are anonymised. You can opt out of all Google Analytics tracking globally using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Chatzyo displays advertisements served by Google AdSense (Publisher ID: ca-pub-1224679850562297). Advertising is how the platform is funded — it allows us to keep every feature free for all users with no charges, coins, or subscriptions.

Depending on where you are located, you have the following rights regarding your data. To exercise any right, email support@chatzyo.in. We respond within 72 hours.
You can ask what data we hold about you. Because we do not require accounts, most guest users will have no stored personal data beyond temporary security logs.
You can request that we delete any data we hold about you, including security logs. Requests are processed within 30 days.
If any data we hold about you is inaccurate, you can ask us to correct it.
You can request a copy of your personal data in a commonly used format. Applicable where we hold identifiable data about you.
You can object to processing of your data where we rely on legitimate interests. You can also withdraw consent for cookies at any time via your browser settings.
California residents have the right to know what data is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. Chatzyo does not sell personal data.
If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
Chatzyo is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect data from any person under the age of 18. Access by minors is prohibited by our Terms of Service.
An age verification prompt is shown to all new visitors. If we become aware that a person under 18 has accessed the platform or that any data has been inadvertently collected from a minor, we will delete that data immediately. Please contact support@chatzyo.in if you believe this has occurred.
We may update this Privacy Policy when we add new features, integrate new third-party services, or to reflect changes in applicable law. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
